Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you have any questions regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us by telephone on 0330 118 0919 or by email at info@fbsdoors.co.uk.

A. Returns Policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may request to return your purchase.

To arrange a return, please email us with your order details and the items you wish to return. We will then contact you to arrange collection, exchange, and/or refund where applicable.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and in good condition
  • Fully intact
  • Returned in their original packaging

Collection charges are:

  • £50 for the first door
  • £10 for each additional door

B. Products Damaged on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please write "Damaged on Delivery" on the driver's Proof of Delivery form or handheld device and return the item with the driver where possible.

You must also notify us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All items should be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage must be photographed and reported within 48 hours by emailing and quoting your order number.

C. Refunds Policy

Upon receipt of your returned item, the goods will be inspected by our supplier to confirm their condition and eligibility for refund or exchange. We will then contact you to advise you of the outcome and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please note that refunds for unwanted items will exclude the original delivery charges and any applicable collection charges. In addition, all unwanted returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Refunds are typically processed promptly; however, please allow up to 28 days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

D. Bespoke Orders or Customise Order

Specially manufactured or bespoke items made to your specific requirements are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned or refunded.

E. Returning Items Using Your Own Courier

You may choose to return items using your own courier service. Please contact us beforehand so we can provide the relevant supplier return address.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Items must be returned to the supplier within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return them.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
