All standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 days. However, bespoke orders for External Steel Door Sets and External Composite Door Sets are processed and shipped within 5–7 weeks.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, so there is only a limited window to correct an address after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, determined at our discretion.
FBS Doors Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to your local authorities and the delivery carrier.
FBS Doors Limited allows returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
If an item is out of stock, FBS Doors will hold the order and dispatch once all items are back in stock. Orders will be shipped as a single shipment.
For orders where import duties and taxes apply, you may have the option to pre-pay these charges. Where applicable, FBS Doors can include the amount in the order total.
