Matching Architrave Set

Double-sided paired architrave in the same finish as the door — no sourcing, no matching required on site.

3× Ball-Bearing Hinges

Stainless steel, pre-fitted and morticed — rated to 80kg leaf weight. Door is hung and balanced at the factory.

Pre-Morticed Lock Block

Factory-positioned for standard 57mm backset mortice locks — compatible with most sash lock and lever handle sets.

"Pre-hung" refers to a product—most commonly a door—that comes already assembled within its frame, with hinges attached and aligned. This makes installation quicker and easier compared to installing a door and frame separately.

Most pre-hung (door set) products are designed to fit common UK door sizes, but they don't automatically fit every opening. FBS doors offers full technical support for help client design and configure these doors.

Yes — you can order just the door on its own, which is commonly called a slab door. Pre-hung door sets come as a complete unit (door + frame + hinges, etc.), but slab doors are sold separately and are ideal if your existing frame is still in good condition.

Since doors are bespoke made, delivery time is minimum 6–7 weeks after placing order.

Yes, the door comes complete with handles and locks and frame.
